# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups plain whole milk Greek yogurt, 1/2 English cucumber (grated and squeezed dry), 1 clove garlic (minced), 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped), 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate to allow flavors to meld while you prepare the rest of your Zesty Mediterranean Chicken Tzatziki Bowls.
02 - Cut 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
